RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
All products made by SnoPlanks have a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer (not craigslist). Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse by riding things other than snow, impacts, cosmetic issues or modifications. You must keep your sales receipt when you purchase a SnoPlanks product. This is your proof of purchase and you will need to show this if you need to warranty your product. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer (including, without limitation, Craig’s List, eBay, etc.)
If you think you may have defective product take it back to the shop where you purchased it or shoot us a note and we will help you determine the best course of action. If you purchased your board from an authorized internet dealer you can contact the warranty department and arrange to send the board back to SnoPlanks. ANY WARRANTIES SENT TO SNOPLANKS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SALES RECEIPT. As with any consumer item, i.e. electronics, machinery, etc, you must have a sales receipt to show proof of purchase. Sorry, no exceptions.
DEMO AND FIRE SALE BOARD PURCHASES
These products carry no warranty whatsoever.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If not, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price of eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review our return policy.
Returns items must be unworn, unopened, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/ or labels.
SnoPlanks reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept the return of damaged products. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.
SHIPPING FEE RETURNS
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are human! In the event that we ship you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.
Returns of items that received Free Shipping are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
MISC. RETURN INFORMATION
Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.

Please include the Packing Slip, Copy of Receipt, Order Number, and Purchaser Name along with a brief reason for return in the box. DO NOT SIMPLY SHIP RETURNS BACK TO SENDER.
