PRODUCT DETAILS
In one word, power. Redesigned for 2021 this workhorse is more dynamic and high performance than ever before.
Full camber, longer sidecut radius, overall shape tweaks, and Hickory Topsheet take the tried and true Model A to another level of shred. The bamboost core now implements poplar stringers and a full layer of carbon for unparalleled pop in pow and drive through variable conditions. Carving is a dream on this board, with a redesigned sidecut and tail radius the Model A simply hooks up and allows you to race through turns effortlessly.
Slightly more directional than years past we have increased the nose length to improve performance in powder while still maintaining insert packs directly between the contact points.
These subtle but necessary tweaks yield control and power under foot that make this board an essential quiver addition for any rider.
A word about our hickory topsheet:
Hickory is very hard, stiff, dense and shock resistant. The combination of strength, toughness, hardness, and stiffness found in hickory is not found in any other commercial wood. Because of this Hickory has been used for items such as baseball bats and golf clubs throughout history. Hickory is also highly prized for wood-burning stoves because of its high energy content and long burn times. In the Southern United States, hickory is popular for cooking barbecue, as hickory grows abundantly in the region and adds flavor to the meat.
